Wild Life and the Tiny Garden

I’ve been asked recently what kind of wildlife resides around my Tiny homes and the answer is a variety! Everyone who visits is enchanted with the deer. I’ve been familiar with them since I was a child so they don’t impress me as much and they can cause problems for my garden, so I installed deer netting around four posts. This thin black netting works wonders. Unfortunately I’ve discovered it has another purpose, bunny trampoline. Rabbits climb under the net and upon my entrance they all attempt to get out the way they came, instead catapulting themselves (as many as six or seven at a time) off the netting and back across the garden. Entertaining to watch, but I will be weighting the edge of the netting in the near future to prevent more rabbits from bouncing around my garden.
