Tiny House Phase 1
The first two tiny houses of Graces Place–the first is built for full 24/7 living and the second as a luxury vacation rental, proof that living tiny doesn’t mean missing out on comfortable and stylish living space. The Project is the beginning of developing many tiny house location on Grace’s Place property. Thanks to the dedicated work of Jack and Grace Buni, and some help from family and friends, Grace’s Place is now open!!

Tiny House Phase 2
Construction has begun on Tiny House #3!!
House three and four will be built as vacation rentals–in this phase we will also add a food truck, small performance stage/drive in theater, and green house to the property. this will add an element of local produce and entertainment to Grace’s Place–this project will be completed over the course of 2018–we will continue to incorporate other Nelson County Businesses into our work to improve our community and create a beautiful and sustainable property.
