I don’t suppose I’m much of a blogger but this will be done before 6am so I can put the metal on the underside of the house today! And there was one other thing… Umm. Ah. Yes! Start caulking the siding.
There are shortages of so many materials as the supply chain beaks down. After getting the rough-in inspections done it was time to insulate. The contract was signed and the day was tomorrow… and I got a call that there was no more spray foam insulation for months because of the storms in Texas. Not a very restful night. But in the morning came the call saying that they found a tiny amount in the warehouse.
A tiny amount is all tiny D needs of anything.
And so; insulation, insulation inspection, drywall, and when it’s sunny the siding gets done.
